By using the InstantBuild website, submitting a form, or engaging InstantBuild for a website project, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Use of the site

You may browse pages and submit the contact or intake form to request our services. Do not attempt to abuse form endpoints, submit false information, scrape the site, or disrupt its normal operation.

Services and quotes

Service descriptions, timelines, and prices shown on this site (including delivery estimates and starting prices) are indicative. The final scope, price, timeline, and deliverables for your project are agreed in a written quote or proposal before work begins, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this website.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require a 30% deposit before work starts, with the remaining 70% due once the project is ready, before the finished website is launched or handed over. Specific payment amounts and milestones will be confirmed in your quote.

Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds during the build, as described in your quote. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond what was agreed may be quoted separately.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a project in writing at any time. If you cancel before work has started, any deposit paid will be refunded. If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable to cover work already performed, and any additional work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced separately.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and any content, materials, and access we need to complete your project (such as text, images, logos, or domain/hosting credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may delay delivery.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design of this website belong to InstantBuild unless otherwise noted. For client projects, ownership of the final delivered website transfers to the client upon full payment, except for any third-party assets, licensed components, or InstantBuild's own reusable tools and frameworks, which remain licensed rather than sold. Client project names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, InstantBuild is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

Disclaimer

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
