Information you provide to us

When you fill in the contact or intake form, we ask for details needed to prepare a quote or reply to your enquiry, such as your business name, business activity, preferred languages, email address, phone number, address, domain preferences, a link to your existing materials (logo, texts, images), and any notes you add. Fields marked as required must be provided for the form to be submitted; the rest are optional.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and communicate with you about the service you requested. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

How your form submission is processed

Submitting the form sends your details from your browser to our server, which forwards them by email to our inbox using Resend, a third-party transactional email provider. Resend processes this data on our behalf, solely to deliver the email, and is bound by its own privacy and security obligations as our data processor. We do not store form submissions in a database; they exist only as the email we receive and any reply thread that follows.

Hosting and infrastructure

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which serves the pages, provides HTTPS encryption, and offers basic security protections (such as bot and abuse mitigation) for all visitors. As is standard for any web request, Cloudflare's infrastructure processes technical connection data (such as IP address and request metadata) to deliver the site and keep it secure; we do not access or store this data ourselves.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Your browser may store a small amount of information locally on your device (vialocalStorage, not a cookie) to remember your color theme (light/dark) and language preference (Greek/English) between visits. This local data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, deliver the service you requested, or as required to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict its processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you've given.
